Chocolate Keto Cookie Mix (900g) Makes 44 Cookies

Ingredients: Almond Meal, Erythritol, Golden Flaxmeal, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Tapioca Starch, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Xantham Gum, Stevia.

Instructions: We recommend baking in 300g batches = 14.5 cookies per batch.

1. Add 300g (approx 2 1/4 cups) of cookie mix to a bowl. Optional extra, add in your favourite keto friendly ingredients (be mindful of extra macros).
   
   
2. Add 140g of melted butter to the bowl and mix. Roll into 30g balls (heaped tablespoon) and place 4cm apart on baking paper in a baking tray. Flatten the balls into cookie shapes using a fork.
   
   
3. Bake for 18 minutes at 150 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes before placing on a cooling rack in the fridge for 30 minutes.
