Ingredients: Almond Meal, Erythritol, Golden Flaxmeal, Ground Ginger, Tapioca Starch, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Sea Salt, Turmeric, Baking Soda, Xantham Gum, Stevia, Nutmeg, Cloves.
Instructions: We recommend baking in 300g batches = 14.5 cookies per batch.
- Add 300g (approx 2 1/4 cups) of cookie mix to a bowl. Optional extra, add in your favourite keto friendly ingredients (be mindful of extra macros).
- Add 140g of melted butter to the bowl and mix. Roll into 30g balls (heaped tablespoon) and place 4cm apart on baking paper in a baking tray. Flatten the balls into cookie shapes using a fork.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 150 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes before placing on a cooling rack in the fridge for 30 minutes.
