Keto Pancake & Waffle mix- Chocolate (900g - 30 pancakes)

For those of you who love and miss pancakes and waffles, then you're going to love this super simple low carb pancake mix. 1.7g carbs

Ingredients per batch (6 pancakes or 3 waffles):

1 cup (180g) Chocolate Pancake & Waffle mix
1 cup (220g) of water 

Instructions:

Preheat the waffle machine or frypan (medium heat)

Add 1 cup (180g) of Keto Pancake & Waffle mix to a bowl.
Pour in the water and mix with a whisk or mixing spoon until thoroughly mixed.

Pour approximately 1 cup of pancake batter into the waffle maker for 2 waffles, or make 4 pancakes in the frying pan with this amount of batter. 

Flip the pancake or waffle machine after the underside is brown and then brown the other side and place on a serving plate to cool.
