For those of you who love and miss pancakes and waffles, then you're going to love this super simple low carb pancake mix. 1.2 carbs per pancake

Ingredients per batch (6 pancakes or 3 waffles):

1 cup (180g) Vanilla Pancake & Waffle mix

2/3 Cup of cream 
1 cup (220g) of water 

Instructions:

Preheat the waffle machine or frypan (medium heat)

Add 1 cup (180g) of Keto Pancake & Waffle mix to a bowl.
Pour in the water and cream and mix with a whisk or until thoroughly mixed.

Pour 1/2 cup of batter into the waffle iron for 1 waffle, or 1/4 cup for pancakes in the frying pan with butter or coconut oil batter. 

Flip the pancake after the underside is brown and then brown the other side and place on a serving plate to cool.

Waffle will be cooked after 1 minute 30 seconds

Shared Lunch win!

Yummy yummy. Brought this as to a share lunch for all the keto or gluten free people. It was the first thing eaten. Delish!

Keto pancake mix

I love using this for my keto pancakes they taste great and you feel like you are getting a treat. I have received a Packet that I cannot close ! I hope this doesn’t effect my pancakes !

Keto Pancake & Waffle mix- Vanilla (900g - 30 pancakes)

Order and delivery was great - no complaints. The mix is easy to mix but I recommend that you leave the mixture to stand for 10 minutes to thicken. Also, I did find it a bit heavy for waffles - but great for pancakes.
