When baking if you are anything like us sneaking spoonfuls of cookie dough is a favourite in the home. Once you have added your butter or coconut oil either bake for 18 minutes or slide into the fridge and nibble away on cookie dough for a guilt-free after-dinner treat.

Ingredients: Almond Meal, Erythritol, Golden Flaxmeal, Natural Vanilla Flavour, Tapioca Starch, Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Xantham Gum, Stevia.
Instructions: We recommend baking in 300g batches = 14.5 cookies per batch.
- Add 300g (approx 2 1/4 cups) of cookie mix to a bowl. Optional extra, add in your favourite keto friendly ingredients (be mindful of extra macros).
- Add 140g of melted butter to the bowl and mix. Roll into 30g balls (heaped tablespoon) and place 4cm apart on baking paper in a baking tray. Flatten the balls into cookie shapes using a fork.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 150 degrees. Cool for 15 minutes before placing on a cooling rack in the fridge for 30 minutes.
