This was yesterday's kai for lunch. Like the other meals, the meat was tender, the hua whenua tasty. True to instructions for heating thawed or from frozen, the required time and heat is perfect and easy to do amongst my WFH. This meal, like the others, was filling, nutritious and satisfying. Ka pai.
