Organic Erythritol, Beef Bone Broth, Tamari Powder, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Onion Powder, Xanthan, Stevia.

  • PROTEIN: 350-500g Choose from: Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Tofu.
  • KETO FRIENDLY VEGGIES: Cauliflower rice & favourites (optional).
  • LIQUID: Tamari or Soy Sauce & 400ml water.

 Instructions for 2 scoops, which equals 4 x 7.5g serves = 30g

  1. Begin by adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil to a pan set to medium-high heat. Place your choice of meat, cut into bite-sized pieces, in the pan and brown for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Once the meat is nicely browned, sprinkle 2 scoops of teriyaki bone broth powder over the meat and mix it in. Then, pour 400ml of water into the pan, followed by 2 tablespoons of tamari or soy sauce. Stir everything together.
  3. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the mixture simmer for 17-20 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld and the meat to tenderise.
  4. Once done, serve your delicious teriyaki creation over cauliflower rice or with your preferred keto-friendly sides.
