Beef Bone Broth, Mushroom Powder, Tamari Powder, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Xanthan, Black Pepper.
PROTEIN: 350-500g Choose from: Chicken, Beef, Lamb or Pork.
KETO FRIENDLY VEGGIES: Cauliflower rice & favourites (optional).
LIQUID: 400ml of water.
OTHER (OPTIONAL): 1 tablespoon of butter (14g).
Instructions for 2 scoops, which equals 4 x 7.5g serves = 30g
- In a pot, add 2 scoops of bone broth powder and 400ml of cold water. Stir thoroughly as you bring it to a boil.
- Once it reaches a boil, lower the heat and continue stirring for an additional minute (optional extra add 1 tablespoon of butter).
- Serve over your preferred meats and low-carb vegetables.
