BEEF, CHICKEN & LAMB


Stovetop:

  1. Warm a frying pan over medium heat. Add a splash of oil if desired.
  2. Add your sous vide meat (beef, lamb, or chicken) to the pan, retaining the juices for added flavour. Add a sprinkle of salt if preferred.
  3. Heat for approximately 5 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even heating.
  4. Remove from heat, let rest for a minute, then serve and enjoy!


Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Place the sous vide meat (beef, lamb, or chicken) in the basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded. Season with salt if preferred.
  3. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Remove from air fryer, let rest for a minute, then dig in!

Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Place the sous vide meat (beef, lamb, or chicken) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Season with salt if preferred.
  3. Cook in the preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Remove from oven, let rest for a minute, then it's ready to serve!

PORK BELLY

Stovetop:

  1. Warm a frying pan over medium heat. Add a splash of oil if needed.
  2. Add your sous vide pork belly to the pan, season with salt if preferred.
  3. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes to ensure even browning and heating.
  4. Remove from heat, let rest for a minute, then serve and enjoy!

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Place the sous vide pork belly in the basket, ensuring it is not overcrowded. Season with salt if preferred.
  3. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until it's heated through and crispy.
  4. Remove from air fryer, let rest for a minute, then it's ready to savour!

Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Place the sous vide pork belly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Season with salt if preferred.
  3. Cook in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until heated through and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven, let rest for a minute, then serve and savour the deliciousness!
