  • 100 grams of Mushrooms, sautéed
  • 200-400 grams of Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 30 grams of Hulled Hemp Hearts

  • 200 ml of Cream
  • 57 grams of grated Parmesan Cheese
