This Keto Mushroom Risotto, with only 7 grams of carbs per serving, offers a delightful twist on the traditional favourite, using our Keto-friendly Stroganoff bone broth simmer sauce powder. 

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of Mushrooms, sautéed
  • 200-400 grams of Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 30 grams of Hulled Hemp Hearts

  • 200 ml of Cream
  • 57 grams of grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  2. Combine Ingredients: Add mushrooms, sautee then, and cauliflower rice to the pan, stirring for about 3 minutes.

  4. Finish with Creaminess: Add grated Parmesan and the remaining cream. Let the mixture simmer and reduce for 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly until thick and creamy.
